 > я подаю документы в разные иностранные вузы, в том числе в сша. в штатах есть такая особенность, что большая часть вузов имеют правило, что если вы начали обучение в другом вузе, то к ним можно поступать только через процедуру перевода, на которой шансы заметно хуже. при этом есть и такие вузы, в которых можно отказаться от кредитов и податься как первогодка (amherst и dartmouth). в них мои заявки уже поданы, в то время как переводные заявки только готовятся
